Request an estoppel certificate

Closing agents, title companies, attorneys, and lenders use this form to submit a written estoppel request for a parcel in Jennifer Estates. The request goes directly to the board of directors.

• Under section 720.30851, Florida Statutes, the association delivers the certificate within ten business days of a written request.
• A certificate is effective for 30 days when emailed or hand delivered, and 35 days when mailed.
• The estoppel fee, any transfer fee, and amounts owed are stated on the certificate and are payable at closing.
• Owners of record can view their own account any time in the owner portal.
